Please contact us to arrange a complimentary, no-obligation property valuation. We will conduct an initial consultation to ascertain the suitability of your property for our portfolio. Should your property meet our criteria, an inspection will be scheduled.
Offer & Contract
Upon completion of the property inspection, a rental offer will be extended. This offer will be determined based on the property’s postcode and the number of bedrooms. The Docusign contract will be prepared immediately following the inspection and transmitted to you via email.
Required Documentation
You will be required to provide the following documentation:
- Gas Safety Certificate
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Electrical Installation Certificate
- Proof of Ownership
- Building Insurance Policy
Lease Execution
Commencement of Contract
The lease agreement will commence on the specified start date, contingent upon the delivery of keys and the required certificates. It is imperative that the property is in a clean and vacant condition prior to the handover of keys.
Please be advised that at present, we are unable to offer tenancy agreements to private individuals. If you are interested in securing a tenancy for one of our properties, we kindly direct you to liaise with your local council. Your local council will be responsible for managing all enquiries, assessing eligibility, and providing assistance with the application process in accordance with relevant housing regulations and policies.
